About SE Local Services

My name is Mike, and I founded SE Local Services as a new independent business providing reliable home, garden and pet care services to local residents across SE16 and nearby areas, drawing on my professional experience.

I bring more than 15 years of experience in facilities and estate management across the UK and internationally. My background includes cleaning, building and grounds maintenance, contractor management, health and safety, security, ISO standards and environmental compliance.

I am a member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (MIWFM) and have completed IOSH Managing Safely, First Aid and Fire Warden training. 

As a dog owner, I have also completed pet Safety and First Aid training.
